Hasami Shogi (often called 'Scissor Chess') is a 2-player positional strategy game from Japan. Each player controls an army of 18 samurai warriors and aims to form a row of 5 of their own pieces withing the battlefield.

Hasami Shogi is part of the LUDOS Ancient Game Collections. This collection was born to preserve traditional games of the past for the generations of the future.
