Deposits and Confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a confirmation for any reservations.
All large party reservations or private event reservations require a 50% deposit on the total cost of the booking. Payment of the deposit confirms the reservation. The remainder of the total will be due on the day of the event. Failure to pay the deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
- Large parties consisting of 8 to 12 people have up until 48 hours before the reservation date to pay their deposit.
- Large parties consisting of 13 or more people have up until 14 days before the reservation date to pay their deposit.
- Private event reservations for the play space or the store have up until 14 days before the reservation date to pay their deposit.
Food packages, add-ons or additional services may add to the total cost of the reservation and require full payment up to 14 days before the reservation date.

Food and Allergies
For special events such as birthday parties, we allow one dessert type per party for example one cake, a tray of cupcakes, or a tray of cookies. All outside desserts for an event will require approval from LVLUP GAMES before being permitted into the store. Additional outside food may not be permitted on the premise. Loot bags and goody bags are permitted, but snack within the bags are not allowed for in-store consumption.
LVLUP GAMES is not an allergy-free store. Our store does use some peanuts, nuts, gluten and other allergens in our food and drinks. We make an effort to limit cross contamination, but we cannot guarantee no cross contamination between food items in the espresso bar area, the pastry case, the display fridge, and our kitchen.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers can reschedule or cancel large party reservations up until 48 hours before the reservation date if the rescheduled date is available. Modification to the reservation made less than 48 hours before the reservations may result in a loss of the reservation deposit.
Customers can reschedule or cancel private event bookings up to 14 days before the reservation date if the rescheduled date is available. Modification to the reservation made less than 14 days before the booking may result in a loss of the reservation deposit.
For all reservations, we will hold a reservation for up to 15 minutes after the stated booking time. After the 15-minute window, the reservation is considered cancelled and the deposit may not qualify for a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation. If we cancel the reservation, customers will receive a full refund on their deposit and any additional payment to the original method of payment.
By proceeding with a reservation, customers agree and will abide by these policies.
