Shipping policy

We offer domestic and shipping to the continental US on most orders using private carriers to ensure faster service.

Please allow up to 1 to 2 business days for orders to be shipped out.

Domestic (Provinces Only)

We offer tracked, flat rate shipping from $12.95 - $29.95 (depending on province and shipping stored) across all provinces in Canada with the following private, express courier services:

  • Canada Post
  • Canpar
  • ICS
  • Fedex
  • Purolator
  • UPS

Orders of $175 before taxes to Ontario and Quebec or $200 before taxes to all other provinces are eligible for FREE SHIPPING! 

Shipping to Continental USA

We will ship games to addresses within the Continental USA for a flat rate between $15.95 - $25.95+tx using a private, express courier service such as UPS.

International Shipping

International orders must be sent via an email inquiry to orders@lvlupgames.ca. so that we can provide a quote prior to shipping.

Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to addresses outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes and tariffs and are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

Pre-Orders

All orders which include pre-ordered items will be held until all pre-ordered items are available.

Shipping and delivery times

All fulfillment and shipping times are in business days as many carriers do not operate on weekends and holidays. Local delivery may occur over weekends. Local delivery may not be operational over holidays observed in Ontario.

The shipping and delivery times are an estimate, not a guarantee of service. In some cases, packages may be delivered sooner or later than the indicated time frame.

Undeliverable order and shipments that are returned to sender

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping information is entered completely and correctly to the best of their knowledge. We reserve the right to validate shipping addresses and may contact you via email and/or phone, if we are not confident prior to shipping out an order.

If we are unable to get a response to confirm the receiving address, we will not ship out the order. We cannot be held liable for exceeding fulfillment/shipping expectations if we are waiting on a response from a customer regarding their order.

Damaged shipments

We always endeavour to ship orders securely. In the unfortunate event that your order is received damaged, please email us at orders@lvlupgames.ca with the following photos to assist us in filing claims with the respective carrier:

  1. The damaged item in the box
  2. The damaged item out of the box
  3. The shipping label on the box
  4. The exterior packaging showing 2 sides and the top of the box
  5. The exterior packaging showing the opposite 2 sides and the underside of the box
  6. Any additional photos of the damage (optional)

Missing shipments

If you do not receive your shipment within 5 business days of being sent a shipping confirmation, please contact us at orders@lvlupgames.ca so we can work with the carrier to investigate.

All orders containing TCG/CCG product and some other higher value orders will require a signature to receive. If a shipment is returned due to being undeliverable or an expired hold time, we reserve the right to keep the original cost of delivery as having fulfilled our obligation to send out the original package. If an order needs to be resent, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for additional shipping.

If a package is marked as delivered (with or without proof of delivery), please contact us at orders@lvlupgames.ca so we can work with carrier to investigate.

LVLUP GAMES is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. We will make our best effort to file a claim with the respective carrier; but in the event that the carriers do not rule for the claim in our favour, we are not obligated to issue refunds and/or credits.
