HANDLING YOUR ORDER
Orders will be handled with gloves and will be dropped off outside of the customer's door.
We will try to give a 30 minutes notice prior to delivery, and ring, knock or buzz you to make you aware that we are leaving the package.
PROOF OF DELIVERY
We will not be taking signatures, but will wait 5 minutes from a safe distance for the order to be picked up.
If we do not see someone accept the package we will use our discretion to either leave it and send a photo to you, or take it back with us.
UNABLE TO DELIVERY/RE-ATTEMPTS
You are expected to be home to accept your order. Additional attempts at re-delivery will be subject to another delivery charge prior to re-attempting.
