FORMAT: Single energy type. Gym Leader Challenge (GLC). Swiss. Three 30 minute rounds.
ENTRY FEE: $10.00 ($8.85 + tax)

PRIZING:

  • 1st place: 1 Sealed Pokemon Checklane Blister Booster Pack
  • ALL: 2 League promo booster packs for participation regardless of wins/losses
  • BONUS: 2-3 Raffles will be placed for those that do not place (subject to attendance and availability)

The Gym Leader Challenge (GLC) is a fan-made Pokémon TCG format featuring 60-card decks with only one type of Pokémon allowed (monotype), no Rule Box cards (like Pokémon ex, V, GX), no ACE SPEC cards, and a "singleton" rule (only one copy of any card allowed, excluding Basic Energy). Cards must be from the Black & White era onwards.

❌CANCELLATIONS, LATENESS/ABSENCE AND WAITLIST: Event tickets are non-refundable if you do not provide us with at least 24 hours notice of being unable to attend. Store credit will be issued.

👀SPECTATORS: DUE TO LIMITED SEATING IN OUR PLAY SPACE WE CANNOT ALLOW SPECTATORS UNLESS THEY PAY A SEATING FEE OF $8+TAX/PERSON TO ATTEND AS A PATRON OF OUR BOARD GAME CAFE.

This fee is regardless of whether they sit, stand, or make use of the games in our library. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
